Melon Juice for Summer!

Summer is indeed really just around the corner. And summer does reminds me of my favorite thirst quenchers! One of them is Melon Juice.

This summer thirst quencher is so easy to prepare. You just need to add water and sugar on shredded melon and you're good to go! Just a quick tip, though, don't add milk if you're planning to refrigerate the juice for a few hours. The milk makes the melon bitter - for some reason, to which I do not know. So if you want to add milk, you got to consume the drink immediately.

And aside from mangoes, melons are good for making shakes too.
